The Lucky Draw Campaign is organized by A1 A.K.KOH ENTERPRISE SDN BHD ("Organizer", "we" or "us"). A1 A.K.KOH ENTERPRISE SDN BHD reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY
- This Campaign is open to all.
- If a Participant is below 21 years of age, the consent of the Participant's parent or legal guardian is deemed to have been obtained.
- The award of any prizes to such Participants shall be subject to the verification of such consent by the Organizer in our sole discretion, and we reserve our right to such consent is not substantiated to our reasonable satisfaction.
- Employees of the Organizer, our advertising and Contest agencies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household not eligible to participate in this Contest.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Spend a minimum of MYR35.00 on A1 A.K. KOH products at A1 Offical Shopee Store during the Contest Period. Every delivery order with minimum of MYR35.00 will ship along with a unique QR code. Each QR code represent one entry or token for lucky draw.
- Scan the QR code and log in to https://a1palabear.com/ .
- Spin the wheel of fortune and win the prizes.
- Only original and valid qr code will be accepted. Any QR codethat is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain the required information is invalid and will not be accepted. The Organizer reserves the sole discretion and rights to disqualify such invalid entries.
- By participating in the contest, the Participant explicitly allows the Organizer, and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the particulars provided for such purpose. The Organizer values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant's personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law).
- Each Entry shall be subjected to verification by the Organizer and/or its representatives.
- If details or entries are invalid as determined by the Organizer's sole discretion, the entry will be disqualified.
- Cost incurred for submitting an Entry, if any, shall be borne by the Participant.
- You may obtain as many Entries as you wish, but each Entry must be with original QR code.
- Organizer is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entry submission.
PRIZE COLLECTION
- There are two types of prizes inside wheel of fortune.
- One is digital point and One is physical prize.
- Digital points can be exchanged for physical prizes in the prize pool upon requirement points.
- All physical prizes will be notified by Whatsapp/Phone whereupon details on how to claim the prizes will be given. The Organizer will contact you within one day to one week of working days when you redeemed or won a prize.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and cannot be taken in cash. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes or elements of prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value.
- The Organizer may charge you a delivery fee for delivery of the prize.
- The Participants can also accumulate prizes up to a certain amount before choosing to claim all prizes.
- The Organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged prizes upon delivery.
- Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Organizer to use the winner's name, personal particulars and/or likeness for the purposes of marketing, advertising and trade without compensation to the winner, whether the usage is limited to this Promotion or otherwise and whether by way of direct marketing to the winner or otherwise.

- All campaign materials, including details on "How to participate", form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
- Participants assume liability for any injury or damage sustained, or claimed to be caused by participating in this Contest. Organizer, its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, officers, employees and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim by or to any person in connection with this Contest. Nothing in the foregoing shall be deemed to exclude or restrict the Organizer's liability for death or personal injury resulting from the Organizer's negligence.
- Organizer reserves the right to amend these Term and Conditions at any time and from time to time without giving prior notice.
- This Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and all parties hereto shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia which shall be the sole dispute resolution tribunal.
- The Organizer's decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding.
